The short answer
Yes. Dimraeth supports online co-op for up to eight players, and you can also play solo. The eight-player total includes the host.
Hosting and local co-op
The developer’s September 2026 Early Access FAQ confirms peer-to-peer co-op: one player hosts the game. Dedicated servers and couch co-op are not supported for Early Access.
Developer Early Access FAQ ↗Progress that travels with your character
Your hero’s level, equipment, inventory, spells and personal progression travel with the character between worlds.
Progress that stays in the world
Story progress, recruited allies and buildings stay with the world where they were earned or built.
Steam store ↗Planning a shared adventure
If you want to follow one shared story with friends, agree on the world you will return to. This is a practical suggestion based on the documented world-progress rules.
Use the official Discord to find other players and check the developer’s news for changes. This guide does not claim to document tested host or join menu steps.
